Head over to the farm for an afternoon of hands-on canning of lamb bone broth!   We will teach the art of preparing bone broth from the farm's pasture-raised Black Welsh Mountain lamb bones and practice canning techniques following USDA guidelines for food safety.  

Participants are also invited to take a guided tour and enjoy a spread of goat cheeses made fresh on the farm.   

$40 per person (includes 1 pint lamb broth), registration opens in late July.
