Want to create a holiday wreath AND learn how to make delicious goats milk caramel sauce(AKA Cajeta)?
Come join us on the 2nd day of December for an afternoon holiday fun. We will start out learning how to transform goat milk into a heavenly caramel sauce in the Farmhouse Kitchens and once that is bubbling away on the stove you will have time to create a festive wreath. We will provide wreath forms, wire, ribbon, boughs, instructions, holiday music, and the help from our youngest goats. Feel free to bring anything that you want to add to your wreath! Wreath making will be inside/outside so bring warm layers and feel free to bring a thermos of your own hot beverage to enjoy. After you have built your wreath, we will come back to the kitchen and pour your caramel sauce into jars so that it is ready for holiday gifting. Each participant will get to make one wreath and bring home 4 jars of cajeta.
