On-Farm Baking Days

Seasonal Pie - (Postponed)

Please join us on the farm for an afternoon of hands-on pie baking from start to finish!  Learn what makes a perfect leaf-lard pie crust, how to choose and prepare homemade filling, and the tricks to baking your pies to perfection.  By the end of the day you will have made your very own pie to bake on-site or take home!

No pie baking class would be complete without a tasting, but here at Mountain Lodge Farm we want to kick it up a notch.  While the pies are in the oven we will enjoy some pre-made slices of pie and learn how to pair the perfect goat cheese with your creation.

$40 per person (included is your pie in a glass pie pan and a cheese tasting), class limited to 12 people.
